Option 1 $2200, option 2 $5,200 to completely rebuild the foundation, level it. (I record our conversation, ask me for proof) After two days' wait, they sent us the way over price quote. (Option 1 $8400 option2 $20,000). Man, it is unethical that your big company don't keep promises and randomly change the price just because you like. Chris refused what he quote and yelled. We are new to the area and so I actually read reviews to determine who I wanted to check on our foundation and moisture issues. Anthony did not try to sell us something we did not need. The work that was done recently was 100% better than the first time. We were informed that they had had issues with the crew who did the work the first time and were dealt with. They fixed the work free of charge and the crew that was here did a good job and was very nice throughout the process. I appreciate that the owner took our position into consideration and did the right thing. As a business owner he could have taken advantage of us like some business owners have done us in the past because we are a younger couple but he was nice enough to want his work to be done correctly.

We are thankful for the crew mixup because Horacio and his crew did a good job with the foundation. Although there was a language barrier, they addressed our concerns as the work progressed. Even thought the project was larger than expected, his crew took the time needed to do the job right. The only had concerns when the production manager showed up on the site. This is when the job seemed rushed. I rated the work three stars because of the mistakes made by non-workers. I asked the salesman, James, the estimate of work and he said 5 to 6 days. The scheduler at the office estimated 4 days. These estimation inconsistencies seem to be a common theme. The crew started our work a day late because they were finishing a previous job. The salesman didn't quote replacement of the main beam even thought it was obvious that at least some of the beam needed replacing. The main beam was a change order.

Yesterday afternoon we had 2.5 inches of rain at our house. Every five to ten minutes the sump…read morepumps would quietly surge out a geyser of water, water that use to seep into my basement, but does not any longer. Every bit of that water stayed OUTSIDE the house and none of it came in. I was a happy man. A dry basement, after all the years of sucking up water with a Shop-Vac, is a joy. When it rains heavily--as it did yesterday--I don't stress over what my basement will look like. To be candid, the job was not inexpensive and the jackhammering and installation was dusty and messy. Everything--everything--had to be washed and wiped before the basement could be lived in again. BUT...the results are a care-free, livable space. I no longer worry about rain. The salesman who guided the design of the project was more interested in making sure I got a system that took care of my needs rather than selling me a pre-packaged deal. He even helped me pull up and remove my old carpet to make way for the workers. The lead and his crew on the project were excellent. When I asked for adjustments they were addressed and accommodated. It has been over a year since the work was completed and I celebrate every time it rains and I stay dry.
