My daughter was supposed to be moved to an impatient rehab to relearn how to use her legs. After the Care Manager continued to not send the proper insurance information to the rehab we called and provided it. After complaining to the supervisor the care Manger coerced the doctor into discharging my daughter, who is barely able to walk with a walker. They sent her without a walker and told her they would call the medical supply place to provide her one but never did that either. She is now at home with no walker, not yet in rehab and hoping g the care manager actually called to set up home assistance. I guess they decided they didn't care if they couldn't milk our insurance anymore.
