They refused to give us back all the money from the overdraft fees they gave us for their mistake. Over the years they have added more service fees for lackluster service. We became tired of the bs from banks and decided that our money is better kept at a Credit Union which actually helps out our community and customers with better rates unlike a bank.

We thought it would be a good idea to move our car loan to them because they offered a better rate, but the hassle it's caused has completely canceled out anything positive. They forget to do paperwork. Don't return phone calls. It took months for them to correct an error regarding our insurance coverage. They even accidentally made a payment twice then refused to reverse their mistake, or offer any solution. So we just had to deal with having twice the amount of money taken out of our account than expected and still make the next payment shortly after after finding out what happened. Trying to register the vehicle has been a nightmare because they never even filed for the title at the time we switched. Every time I think they can't possibly screw up any more, they do.
