First let me say that when I started with AllState, I was optimistic. Then after two years in,…read morewithout warning, AllState decided that instead of taking $140.00 out of my account every month, they would take $326.00. Now I called the local office and spoke with a nice lady who said she would look into it. She did and explained that my premium had increased and now my monthly payment would be $326.00. (I never got a straight answer as to why.) I told her that I would not be able to pay that and informed her that I would shop for other insurance. I did. But the next month, AllState decide to withdraw another$326.00 out of my account. I called again, and was told that since I didnt tell them I had other insurance, they took the money anyway. But if i signed a form declaring that I no longer wanted AllState for my insurance, my money would be deposited back into my back account by midnight that night. I signed the form and personally delivered it to the local AllState office. The next day, no deposit into my account. I called AGAIN. This time I was told, not only would it take several days, but I would not be recieving the full amount. Of course, I asked why. I was ran a line of BS saying that because my payments come out on the 15th instead of the 1st, I essentially owed them. ***Sidenote***That safe driver BS is FAKE!!! I was with them from May of 2015 to January 2017 and i never recieved one Safe Driver Check. That is a complete LIE!!!!! Later that evening, I recieved a call from AllState from a man this time, and I guess he was supposed to explain it to me because apparently, they thought me an idiot who could not understand what they were saying. I understood perfectly well. THEY WERE NOT GOING TO REFUND MY MONEY. Whats so hard to understand there? What I did not understand was why. Needless to say, they got what they wanted because I gave up. It wasnt worth me beating a dead horse. They didnt give a damn about what I was saying and pretty much said "F*ck me." So Allstate, shove it up your butts. Good Bye and good riddance.
