Brendan from Sears Home Service was dispatched to repair a GE dryer under warranty that wasn't heating. Honestly, the only pleasant part of my GE warranty repair experience was Brendan. While GE's scheduling system didn't communicate well with the subcontractor's system, Brendan was true to the schedule set by Sears Home Service. Brendan was friendly, efficient and did what was needed to get the dryer working so I didn't have to spend another Saturday morning at the laundromat. Communication was great before the appointment and during- Brendan patiently explained what he was doing and educated me about common issues with appliances of this kind and basic repairs/maintenance owners are capable of doing when an appliance is out of warranty. Tyler was here at an early time which I prefer and explained everything throughly so I could know what might have gone wrong with my washing machine. Asked him other questions about my washing machine and he did not hesitate to give me the answers.
