they came to fix the fan, which was still operational in our fridge, we were still able to use…read moreit...and they left saying something went wrong and they had never seen this before and there was an update this that or the other thing and that my fridge is no longer working and not sure when they can come and fix the problem they created. didn't offer us another fridge for the time being, didn't care about all the food that would go bad or having to figure out how to store it somehow. they said we could go and pick up a small fridge from them, but I don't have a pickup and was by myself.

The company we had purchased our washer from went out of business (Sears). The LG Warranty Department informed us any dealer that sells LG appliances is capable of helping us. This is not the case in our area. A wholesale dealer in Fargo recommended Lifestyle Appliance in Jamestown to us. The dealer told us "Lifestyle Appliance will get the job done--They are well diverse in LG". Brandon rescued us from purchasing a new washer. It meant taking a lot of time and effort on his part.
