Paul really can do everything we can think of to throw at him. We called Paul when we had lights go out in our 30' ceiling. In his first call, he replaced all our ceiling lights and straightened out a ceiling light fixture that no one could get to stay in place despite multiple attempts over the last 5 years. Then he serviced our plumbed in humidifiers, straightened our kitchen cabinet doors, rebuilding one that was coming apart, fixed a subwoofer in our Sprinter RV, replaced broken and missing window valences and helped us remove and dispose of a couch. He is now servicing our boat outboard and hydraulic steering and has consulted with our next door neighbor on a Nest thermostat system installation I think that's it at the moment. We are now noticing all of the little repair jobs around the house and have yet to find something he can't handle, but we will keep trying

The person who took the service call, Rich, said he knew how an LG washing machine worked. He came…read moreout and actually BROKE a PCB. He then said that the PCB he broke needed replacing, so I looked on line and saw it was $81. He said that he had to get it from Denver for $225 or so. I thought we were going to talk this over - and he was packing up, and putting his tools back in his vehicle - and then HE LEFT. No words, nothing!!! I called the office, and he must have told his office person to NOT call back. Then, a week later - I had another tech out from another company who told me HOW he broke that part. Then, after not returning 3 calls, he had the audacity to call where I lived to ensure they had the proper billing and then SENT ME A BILL for his error for his time! If he had known what he was doing, or admitted that he didn't know what he was doing on an LG, I would not have let him touch the machine. He also BROKE the plastic knob that holds the face plate on saying they are tough to get off AND decided he had to BEND the bracket that holds the dryer on top saying it was in the way (it wasn't). So he broke a pcb board, broke a plastic knob, bent a bracket - LEFT without telling me he was leaving, and then tried to bill me. You decide if you want someone like that touching your stuff.
