I called the day before to confirm. The scheduled time comes and goes with no one showing up. I called to see if there was an issue. The response was "Oh our service tech called in - no one called you?" No not only did no one call me, but you waisted two weeks of me waiting for you to show up. I should have called someone reputable. Just unprofessional.

Was delivered on a timely manner, however, was damaged upon delivery. Asked for it to be discounted to a fair price, manager said they could "only take one payment off"..... I let them know I did not want the machines as they are damaged and are a higher price than I can find online without the damage (the manager was notified I wanted them to be picked up less than 24 hours after delivery). Let her know I would be purchasing a new set elsewhere and they needed to be picked up as soon as possible. She said in a snarky manner "well you said you needed them and are probably using them anyways". They said two weeks later was the soonest. Waited all day and called off of work waiting for them to pick them up on the day that was scheduled. They apparently cancelled the pickup because I did not answer my phone.... I never received a call and have no record of the call or a voicemail. Now I have a new set arriving in two days and am stuck with their washer and dryer. Too add the first payment was due two days later so this is very "coincidental." Also was told by the manager herself I was not allowed to bring the washer and dryer back to the store myself the very next day or any damage that the workers did would now be considered my fault and customer damage. There is apparently no winning and no resolution. Called twice to try to escalate the situation and was not resolved. I have video footage of the damage occurring and the conversation with the employee and two witnesses including my landlord who was picking up their old set at the time. Apparently, this is now becoming more of a civil dispute for court. All I wanted was a washer and dryer that was not damaged or was worth a fair price for the damage that occured!!!!

Had to cancel first appointment for fridge repairs because of wrong warranty info provided by whirlpool. Contact whirlpool to send over new info which they did and tried to reschedule. Called broadway and was rudely told that they didn't get the work order from whirlpool and that they don't wait on the computer all day waiting on service tickets. Had the appointment rescheduled eventually but no confirmation until the day of (scheduled for 10-2) and call me at 10:44. I was at work but had my wife at home waiting for the tech. Just because I didn't answer the phone, they cancelled and wanted to reschedule. Not even considering calling the day prior to service or at least knocking. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THEM

I am very pleased with the quality of the machines and with the sales and service I received from Ryan at Drydens. They are located in Canon City, CO and I am in Pueblo, Co (30 miles) away. I had delivery the very next day, with no problem. Ryan, had the new machine up and going in 20 minutes! I am impressed with Drydens and will use them in the future for our Stardust Plaza Apartments complex.

The delivery driver, Fabian, was also great; careful and respectful of both our merchandise and our property. Granted, we did do a lot of preliminary research ourselves and knew what stove we wanted and which parts we needed to order for the installation; however, we approach all major (and many minor) purchases in this way. No one knows what we want better than we do! This said, we recommend The Firebird without reservations of any kind. We are 100% satisfied.
