When they schedule a service call you literally have to take the day off from work so not only are you paying them money to repair your appliance but you're also losing money by not being at work. Nearly every single service industry in the town can provide you with a morning or afternoon window so you don't have to take the entire day off. However, Maytag hasn't found a way for that to work in 2022. Additionally, when trying to call and schedule an appointment they stop answering their phones a half hour before scheduled closing time. I've been trying to call this evening to schedule a new appointment and take the day off but no one will answer the phone. Their hours of operation state 8 AM to 5 PM however, I guess that doesn't apply to telephones... Looks like I'll be you tubing how to fix my washer instead of paying them...

She responded by saying i if i had let them get a word in edgewise i would know why they called. At this point i lost it asking "now she is going to cop and attitude?" At this point i did cuss her out. I have to say here that the person that called me at 945am twice was cussed out. I will admit that i could have handled this differently. However this is not the first time and i was nice with them those times. Also Tasha was who i spoke with those times as well. She also threatened to "come get her stuff". I am sure there are rules to operating and i am sure they are required to call the primary and get some time to get their payment. Given a better choice i would not go to this store.

I didn't have a laundry facility in my hotel and needed to do a load of laundry so I came here to give it a try. There are over 40 washers; top load and front load. The front loafers are $2.25 and the top loafers are $1.25. There are also about 20 dryers that you can fit quite a bit in and how much it costs depends on how long you dry. I spent $1.25 for 40 minutes with it on high. I noticed when my clothes came out of the washer they smelled clean and all the stains were out of my shirts and jeans! I forgot dryer sheets and was able to get a box of 2 for $1.25 here. If you forget detergent or change they have machines for those as well. If you want some snacks or drinks they have those as well. There were plenty of places to sit and lots of big fans to help keep the humidity down and cool you off. For my first experience here it was way better than I expected! The bathroom was also very clean, which is always great! I would definitely come back here if I need to do laundry again. If you want you can also drop your stuff off and they will wash them for you. I haven't tried that though so I can't really comment on that part.

They carry a very limited line of tools, and an even more limited selection of building materials. I assume this location was designed to cater more to the homeowner who only needs a few things but there's nothing to get here that you can't get at Walmart, Atwood's, or Fox for cheaper. That said, the customer service is great, and its a very nice, clean, and well organized store. This is the first true 'Ace Hardware' brand store I've been to, so maybe all their stores are expensive but its too much for me when I know you can get stuff cheaper in town guaranteed, much less online. If you happen to live across the street and only need something basic, then maybe this is the spot for you.
