He finally stopped answering our calls. At first, the unit seemed to be working OK. However, we just tried to turn it back on for the Fall and it is dead. We had a technician from another Fujitsu service provider come out. He found that A-1 did not seal the hole in our outside wall where the hoses and wires enter the house. So, a rat or mouse got into the back of the wall mounted unit inside the house and chewed up some wiring. He also noted that one of the outside hoses that should have been outside was not insulated, which would reduce the effectiveness of the system. So, not only is their customer service non-existent, their installation was faulty.A-! will be hearing from my attorney!

Took it in for an annual tune-up. They forgot to tighten the lock bolt for the front axle - it was barely hand tight. That could have been a hazard. I fixed it.
