How is that fair? I love the quarter chicken (or any chicken) dinners here... but if I didn't have the dipping sauce I don't think the chicken would be as good, it is kind of bland. Then again, what is Swiss Chalet without their famous dipping sauce! I always get spicy, which really isn't very spicy, but tasty either way! I also find that the bread rolls that come with your meal are always hard, especially the multigrain ones. On a positive note, I love the garlic cheese loaf, my all time favorite appetizer. Actually, they do have a lot of great appetizers here. Service is pretty fast but average; and it seems like there are always a lot of servers standing around chatting - do they forecast to be busier than they are?
