Einat, the owner, is very responsive and clearly cares about both her customers and her employees--and it shows in the quality of their service. Charlie typically had the same walkers at the same time each week. They were all professional, caring, attentive, and TRUE dog lovers! I loved Strut the Pup's daily walk reports and photos, which gave me peace of mind knowing he was being well taken care of while I was at work. On a few occasions when I was working from home, I watched as his regular walker arrived--Charlie would be waiting at the window and greeted them with full-body wags every time. When Charlie's hips started bothering him as he got older, the team helped me adjust his walks so he could continue enjoying his outdoor adventures. Sadly, Charlie has since passed, but I've saved many of the walk-report photos his walkers took (like this one), and they remain some of my favorite pictures of him. Thank you, Einat and team, for taking such wonderful care of Charlie.

My dogs walked with several team members over time, from puppy care daily walks to twice weekly walks as adults. The walkers have all been very kind and worked well with our dogs. They are responsive, professional, and truly care about their clients. I highly recommend strut the pup and will use this service again.

I had to immediately take him to the bath and let me tell you the water was disgusting. This place charges very high boarding fees, charges extra $15 a night for blocks of holiday days, charges an additional $65 if you pick the dog up after lunch time. You may end up paying $180 to board your dog for 1 night so beware. This price does not include walks, the dogs all pee inside in the play pen. For the outrageous fees, you would expect more. It's so unsanitary. I will never again book this place for my puppy. I don't see how they stay in business. The grooming is abosultely terrible. It's shocking, and for the price you pay you would expect it to look semi professional. Each time the dog was shaved down despite asking for poodle cut. I am done with this place, I only went back for convenience but never again. They need some new management, re-evaluate their fee structure or actually hire some people. Greedy owners will do theirselves in.

With that said, I knew I needed to find a new place to get his monthly nail trim as we had moved away from our previous location. Creating an online profile and scheduling an appointment was a breeze (no more phone call attempts!) It was clear as day to see when there was availability, and yes, I was even able to schedule same-day! The place was welcoming and staff were friendly. They did an excellent job on my dog's nails (he has long quicks and usually most groomers don't get short enough out of nervousness cutting the dog). We were in and out in a jiffy! Happy to have found a place nearby with fair pricing and great staff that make my dog feel comfortable. We will be back!

They have the hugest amount of big hearted volunteers and I will be one soon too and donated a large cat tree, and immediately the cats wanted me to take them home when they saw my donation. I found the staff to be all really educated, kind, humble and very caring about the conditions and play activities and space for the cats. They have several glass playrooms with huge space so guests can go into the rooms and really connect to the cats, lots of activity, stimulation and playtime, very comforting cat sleep places and it is super clean. By the behaviors of the cats, I know it really is a special foundation. We hope this post will inspire any locals or visitors to consider visits and donations of time or anything to support these cats into real loving kind giving supportive new family homes. He plays with the ribbon wand but is also happy playing by himself with the colored wool balls. Thanks so much to the people at PAWS who so wonderful and answered any questions I had about the kitties, including sharing medical history, diet, and all first time kitty owner questions. :) PAWS Cat City Adoption Center: The adoption center is located across from a day care or school in University District. When I walked in, it smelled clean and the meet and greet rooms were really clean as well! All of the kitties were just chillin in the rooms. Process: I found PAWS Cat City on Google maps when I searched cat adoption near me. I went to their website and kept checking for new kitties. When I saw a few that I wanted to meet, I just showed up the next day at opening (on a Thursday), let the adoption specialists know which kitties I was interested in meeting, filled out a form, and went straight into the meet and greet rooms. I spent about 20-30mins in the room observing and petting the kitties. While I was in the room, the adoption specialists came to check in every 10 mins and I was able to ask lots of questions. After I decided to take Tako home, I sat down with one of the adoption specialists and went through their packet. Someone also helped put Tako in the soft carrier that I brought. I ordered mine on Amazon, and since it's a soft one, it arrived folded up and didn't take up much space. I think they also have one-time use carrier or used hard carriers for purchase. I'd highly recommend PAWS Cat City for cat adoptions! I've seen some mixed reviews on how busy it gets on weekends, so I'd recommend stopping by during a weekday.

They love it, and wait in the morning for me to remove the gate so they can run into it. We had them build one with a grass floor which they really enjoy. 10/10 would get it again. She was very thoughtful during our consultation, particularly about one of our kitties who is visually impaired and expected to lose all his sight as he ages. Her team was able to come out within a week of our initial consultation and our catio was built from start to finish in just one day! Prior to the start of building it, my partner and I ran into a little snag getting our space prepped. Cynthia went above and beyond to help us and even came over the night before with a handy man to tackle the job we were struggling with. One of my favorite things about working with Cynthia's whole team was seeing how sweet they all were with our three cats. They were always petting and talking to the cats any time they walked by. It was so nice to be around folks who clearly love cats as much as we do. Our finished catio is beautiful and the cats all took to it immediately. Prior to having it built, two of our cats were driving each other bonkers. Opening up this additional space has gone a long way toward restoring the peace in our household. One of our cats is super smart and needs a ton of extra stimulation or else he starts yowling a lot and chasing the other cats around. The stimulation provided by the catio has really helped him mellow out. My only regret is that we didn't call Cynthia sooner! She was even able to provide us with an excellent referral to someone who could install a pet door to the catio through our home's exterior wall. We will definitely be calling Catio Spaces again for an indoor project during the off-season. I can't recommend them highly enough!
