Sometimes they're a hit, other times it's a miss. This past Valentine's special, not my favorite, but it keeps things interesting and coming back for more. I have yet to venture over to the ramen side of the menu, because I stay loyal to the sushi section. While I enjoy the monthly & signature rolls, they can be a bit heavy, so I like to balance things out with adding more traditional rolls. I'll usually ask for a few add-ons or small tweaks, and they're always more than happy to accommodate -- which I really appreciate. My Go-tos: The Negihama-Toro, the Philadelphia or Salmon Roll, the Bluefin Special Roll, and most recently the Hamachi Tower, which comes with plenty of fish and rice to make your own nigiri.
