After realizing the lights don't work, we told the person at the front and their response was "you don't really need them". My main issue is that the part of the floor was broken, looked like it just had a cut in it until you stepped on it. These machines are not getting checked upon return, nor are they getting repaired. They do not give you a harness or tether either, so your kind of on your own, and hope the POS hydronic system hold up. All around will never rent from them again. read more

Seaway Rental - Had a piece of the floor covering it, until you stepped on it & ur foot almost goes thru the floor. Apparently they don't check at drop off - Watertown, New York

The equipment is dangerous. Rented a material hoist to get shingles up to a roof. It had bent rails and cam off the track almost causing an injury. I informed them of this and it was still rented by someone the very next day after I returned it. Just rented a backhoe loader. Brakes did not work at all. Hydrolic leaks , flat tire and I was told to leave the gas cap open to prevent vapor lock. Sounds pretty stupid but they did tell me that. My customer now has oil spots all over their brand new driveway and sidewalks. Never again will I rent from them. read more

Rented an impact drill from here, the lady there showed no courtesy or professionalism. No manners or emotion. She was passivly sarcastic to top it off. I rented it for 4 hours and immediately returned the drill because it was broken. When I purchased it she didn't even check to see what was in there or if it was in working condition. And that was their only drill and she couldn't even recommend another place. Poor poor. read more
