Still charged , called her and she got an attitude and hung up , now I have to call and cancel it through the insurance company, and we are out over $200. for an extra month. I appreciate your response if any of it was true ! There was no profanity or hostility and you (Jena) never asked for time . My son and I called the insurance company and there were no notes on file , so we canceled it over the phone. ( no signature required ) I received two emails with confirmation #'s , so they have the correct email on file , as far as a refund we will update this if it actually arrives considering we were told it was to late.
