The previous owners had tried to time the piano themselves prior and it was terribly out of tune but the time we got it moved into our house. The pedals were also broken. We called Bianchi Piano to see if he could help us get this old piano to sound pretty again. When he assessed the piano he said it was in bad shape and he anticipated breaking a few strings before he finished tuning but he thought it was worth a try. He took his time and did the tuning and fixed the pedals. When he was done the piano sounded beautiful, he didn't end up breaking any strings and the pedals were repaired. His rates are reasonable and he is polite, punctual, helpful and really knows his craft. We would highly recommend Bianchi Piano to anyone looking for a piano tuner.

This place has the audacity to try and create a parity between US Navy Blue Angel Flight Team who serves our country with honor and integrity with their business that clearly has neither. I say this because, I took my Gretsch 5422TG Electric Guitar to this business for what I thought would only be couple of minor repairs. This included a possible replacement of the first fret on the neck and to fix the two strap buttons on the guitar. I did not expect it would cost me very much ... I was thinking maybe $100 to $150 dollars. What I got instead, was an attempt by this company to try and cheat me, a retired service member and senior citizen out of my hard earned money. The sales person behind the counter stated that they would need to level the entire guitar fret board and drill out the two strap buttons and replace them. This would cost me about $500.00, which is nearly half the total cost of a new guitar. In closing, I would advise anyone going to this place business to RUN AWAY as fast as possible. It is a "Rip Off" without honor or integrity!!! Shameful

Seems they are not the local mover that I was searching for to move a half dozen pieces of…read morefurniture and appliances in the Pensacola area. They're apparently based out of North Carolina...so that's a bit disappointing. The guys showed up bright and early this morning and told me they were going to pick up 5 items (it was supposed to be 6) and this was the first indication of trouble ahead. The person that seemed in charge this morning didn't think his truck could get down the lane due to tree limbs and hanging telephone lines which is understandable, safety first right? So we walked down to the box truck (exactly the same size and design as the trucks that delivered our stuff in the first place, what a coincidence!) and I noticed that one lane was completely passible, but he said he couldn't bring the truck down and his boss was trying to call me. His boss (in North Carolina) asked me if there was a U-Haul nearby, so that I could rent a truck to ferry the furniture and appliances from the house to the truck. I replied that I wasn't aware of a U-Haul anywhere nearby. And as the appliances were upright full sized refrigerators, I didn't think that was going to be doable, and might remove the need for the big truck in the first place, so I told him that I didn't think we could do business. So his guys left. Hope they had a great breakfast. Too bad they didn't have a smaller box van with a lift gate, and too bad the men that showed up had a Can Don't attitude. As no money was exchanged there's no harm, no foul, but I have been hearing about this all day from my wife...oh well, I'll know better next time.

Throughout my entire move these young people were professional, courteous, honest and friendly. From the moment I emailed Bayside Moving and received a quick response and quote from Austin I was hopeful that this would be a painless move. We moved from Pensacola Beach further east along the Gulf Coast. On moving day, five young men showed up on time and started packing my furniture. They were professionally dressed, pleasant and fast working. I cannot remember the names of all the five men but appreciate their service. I opted to have the furniture delivered two days later to have time to arrive and prepare our new beach home for the furniture. There was a blip with time of arrival due to a misunderstanding regarding CST and EST, but I received a call from Cody letting me know and we were good to go. Cody and Anderson showed up, unwrapped furniture, moved furniture up and down three flights of stairs without once hearing a complaint or seeing them waste time. They went above and beyond and did a few extra things such as moving an existing washer & dryer down to the garage. I received outstanding service. Not one thing arrived broken. Not one wall scratched or wooden floor marred. I was so happy with this entire experience.
