But you wouldn't know it when my wife and I went inside... we were free to look and compare and take notes without bother, but when we asked for help, it was as if no one else existed. We had the proprietor's undivided attention. He helped us navigate color choices (there were LOTS more than we'd expected), quantities (we're used to gallons of paint for walls measured in square feet, not kilograms of paint for walls in square meters) and even a few tricks of the trade for ensuring our DIY paint job came out professionally.
