I recently had major fraud on my account not just at the bank but on PayPal etc. I went to the bank to report the fraud and they told me this investigation could take up to 90 days especially due to the amount of claims I had. So I was surprised when a week later they came back and denied my claims. When I called to have this investigation re-opened since not one time did anyone reach out to me to ask what had happened. I was told they wouldn't reopen the investigation. I then proceeded to ask for a supervisor. I was informed that they would reopen my case. However, No one has gotten back to me. I also should mention when I called to ask why my claims were denied I was told my card was used in the same area etc. etc. I proceeded to ask did you guys look at the cameras. I was told they don't rely on cameras and they did not look at them. My experience overall with this entire situation has been horrible. I wouldn't wish this on anybody. This bank is not loyal to its customers. I will be closing my account with them. I highly recommend you do not bank with this bank.

Education Systems Federal Credit Union continues to neglect compliance with ADA. I have NOT…read morenotified the credit union of any lost or stolen card, but because I have the complete audacity to place an $11 order online, there is now a fraud alert and block on my card. Educational Systems Federal Credit Union appears to believe that I cannot possibly need any good to eat. I buy food day to day...all the time. My transaction record shows this. Do I get a text message with the fraud alert because I ordered an item online for $11. The text message have a phone number to call. The person who answered demanded my credit card number. I asked the person to authenticate who was asking. The person told me to call the number on the back of my card. Since it is a weekend, nobody answered. The Call Center is closed. I called the text message number and was told basically, 'Tuff, do without your card then.' Then they call me back and want lost of additional, personal information in addition to my card number. I reported that in the time interval I had already filed a complaint suspecting THEM of being fraudsters. I have only ever had one other fraud alert ever and that was over a dozen years ago and for something I had ordered from an online business I frequently used and for a small amount of money. However, I customarily must go into one of the branch offices to get anything done. Also, I have only had one ESFCU tellers make an error, and that one did repeatedly. EFSCU does not feel gouge. The one computer error was immediately corrected. Almost all the branch staff are friendly, courteous, and efficient. Along as a person is able-bodied, the person will probably like ESFCU very much. A disabled person, however, has to be prepared for the banking systems to be exclusively oriented to able-bodied banking. I have gone so far as asking Social Security about getting one of their debit cards instead of using any bank or credit union. The downside there is that branch offices are not banks or credit unions.

However, here they have later hours and are even open on Sundays. Plenty of parking, I was greeted as I walked in. A lady came out and asked me what I needed, so I did. She immediately sat me down in one of the cubicles. She even offered water. I have never been offered water at a bank! Cool. Shortly after, the manager, Frankie, came to assist me. Very professional and efficient in handling my banking needs. Although I'm loyal to my credit union, I'll definitely reconsider maybe down the road. In the past, I've been at other locations where the service was bad. I def recommend this location.

Banks should always be consistent. This truist branch is consistently bad. It's not a friendly…read moreestablishment and after several times I understand this is this branch is. Each time I've come in, it's not busy, and the employees are huddled around the computer in the back looking at something. One will look up from the screen and ask if I need anything. I'll say yes and one of them will go through the door and to to the teller window. It's never a smooth process from here either. The teller asks for my ID, then debit card, when I say I don't have my debit card yet adk if I have an account here, when did I open the account, how much is in the account, what's my home address, what was the last transaction in the account, etc. I expect them to ask for my blood type and what I want to be when I grow up soon. Today, instead of going inside, i tried to use the ATM to discover its broken. Forcing me again, to go inside. I truly dislike this Truist branch. It's the worst of the worst.
