Then when I went to inform them that I was moving out, the office had closed early. I called the next day and they said it was ok. I was then sent a move out receipt that showed they had charged me for an additional full month of rent. Would not recommend this facility to anyone.

Constant problems with roof leaks, and manager is very uncooperative. Decent parking out front, albeit the parking lot is often in disrepair. Managers office reaks of cigarette smoke, and says that they can't get the "owner" to do anything. Plus side: good traffic area, near major intersection, so its easy to find. But they ARE cheap, so there's that. You get what you pay for.
