I was recommended by this insurance location from a family member. In total, i called 3 separate…read moretimes and was assured Id have an email reply (no email came) and a call back (no call happened). Upon my 3rd call i was told I would get another call back. At this point i asked to just forget it. Apparently this business is so busy they dont need or want my business, very unfortunate. They also had my last name in their system COMPLETELY different from what it is, despite me having given all my information twice before, and phonetically. It makes me not have confidence in their ability to be organized or communicate properly.
