Instead they spent the better part of an hour troubleshooting, allowing me to watch their process, and ultimately landing on two problems. One simply required some calibration to resolve. The other issue was a dead stylus, which they had a replacement for and installed, for a reasonable price. I stumbled on Carlos through Yelp, and after sending him a message I received a reply within an hour. Despite it being a holiday weekend, Carlos came out an hour later and mounted the TV. I was extremely impressed with his service, professionalism, and attention to detail. He did a great job showing me how everything was mounted and got it placed exactly where I wanted it. He routed the cables well, marked them, secured and tied them nicely so that everything is neat and tidy. He was efficient, yet friendly and personable. I won't hesitate to recommend him to others for TV mounting, and I plan to give him a call when we need help with A/V or security equipment (or more TVs) in the future.

Surprisingly, they also have a good (albeit small) selection of books.... especially if you're using slow cookers. Since they're a smaller BJ's, they have fewer free food samples. The BJ's in Hyannis has a sizable produce section, while the Nashua one has them tucked in the back. The one in Hyannis, where folks from Martha's Vineyard&Nantucket stock up, has an enormous lobster tank while the Nashua one doesn't. The Nashua BJ's is great for gearing up for a harsh winter.
