I asked for a letter with my outstanding balance so I could pay off my loan early then paid the amount they stated, then I started getting letters saying there were still an outstanding balance. They said the final amount they gave in their letter wasn't correct. I said regardless I asked for a final amount then paid their offer of the final amount. I told them I have their letter with the final payment amount and the money order receipts and an demanding the clean title I paid for. I vehicle needs work but I purchased a another vehicle; trying to decide if I should tow the vehicle to their business with a sign: Since you don't give me the clean title I paid for then take this POS back. If you can deal with another company -- do it. Security Auto Loans has got to be the most unprofessional bunch I've worked with, save just one of their representatives who was actually funny and quite understanding. The problem is -- he didn't note the account and if he did, "Victoria" completely ignored it. She said, AND I QUOTE, "Do you know how many people promise to pay??" As if everyone is lumped into the same bottom feeding category. I get it, some people don't make payments. I haven't missed one until this last week. I switched banks, my bill pay got all messed up, I called and said I'd pay on the 30th. Sure enough, the calls to my employer started. "Victoria" says it's "their policy". If you are unfortunate enough to deal with this company -- make absolute sure you verbally (and put it in writing) tell them not to have contact with your employer. What you do is your business, not your bosses. They do it specifically to humiliate you and in this case, it was entirely uncalled for. They deal with "iffy" credit --which I had. They install some GPS tracking device into the car's fuse box, which, for some I can understand. They typically deal with buy here pay here type places. All I can say is -- MAJOR lesson learned. There are better ways to procure transportation than this lot. I will NEVER accept funding from this company again nor any of it's affiliated "banks". According to "Victoria", they're backed by "one of the biggest banks in the world". The level of childishness is incomprehensible -- call an employer specifically to embarrass someone despite having already arranged payment less than a week later? Very rude customer service. U will be surprised by seeing the way they talk to u. They dont give a s**t that u are a customer.

I called because there is a vehicle not owned by us on our property and ask them to have it removed, they said no, pull it out onto a road and let the municipality come and impounded. They were very rude, eventually he hung up on me and told me he was going to put in the computer if I called back not to talk to me. now I don't even have a loan with them, but if they're going to treat someone who doesn't have a loan with them that way, imagine how they're going to treat someone who does have a loan with them.
