THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!! Horrible lowlife slugs for salesman. They act like they doing you a favor with their "unbeatable" deals. Place used to be good. Have bought cars from here before and had great experiences. Not anymore! Don't know what happened to them. Cars have gotten more expensive and don't know why they had no good Black Friday deals? Oh yea, the excuse was it's the manufacturer not the dealership! HA!! NO RATING...went to purchase vehicle, 2020 Dodge Durango..dealt with salesperson Corey...the worst, most unknowledgeable person i've ever met. Couldn't find car at first on lot, then just hands us the keys and has my wife, who was on crutches due to accident which us why we were looking for new vehicle. We put a $500 deposit to hold car and wanted my brother in law who is a mechanic look at it. They said sure bring him by, he can even put the car on lift snd look at it. My brother in law informed them the brakes needed to be done even though Corey said the truck had already been through the pre certified checks...then the price went up a couple of thousand dollars. We told them we decided to look elsewhere since everything was changing. They wouldn't put nothing in writing, very deceptive. Still waiting two weeks later for the credit to be put back on our debit card. They keep assuring us it will be soon, it takes time. Next step is going back & speaking with manager or better business bureau n Dodge Corporation about how this dealership runs. I brought my challeger in for a oil change utilizing the express lane at 1:45 .It was pointed out the car should be inspected. I was told that I may experience a long delay. I said if the inspection was a problem dont do it. After sitting in the waiting area I was again approached and told the wait would be over 3. 1/2 hours. I said not a problem i will go home call me when it is done. At 4.45 i get a call to up sell me to a brake flush along with the oil change and inspection. I declined that but stated put that down on the suggested services for my review. I was then told the oil was changed but the inspection was not. I again said if that is a problem dont do it. I was told they would get the car done and call me back. I had to recall at 545 to check and was told the car was done. This service was performed on a Friday. On Monday i got a reminder that the vehicle was due for inspection by New York State. Though charged the inspection was nevet done. Sloopy customer service. Upon calling my charge was refunded. Things do go wrong . So today I open the hood and find the cabin filter access plate had not been reinstalled after inspection. They claim they did a courtesy inspection but the cars left tire was low and it was not filled .This place is all about consummer rip off. They are looking to up charge and not even do the work. Border line criminals. Harsh but well earned. Stay away obviously not supervised correctly and far from a professional dealer. To top off the experience they have a market of 10,000 up charge for the beautiful 2022 Challeger Rt scat pack . Wish I could give negative stars. I have previously bought many cars from them. Unfortunately my brand new 2021 jeep grand Cherokee L had to be serviced bc a part broke. They have had my jeep for 2 months and claim it's driveable but are still waiting on the part that is back ordered. The 4x4 system won't work so I refuse to take my car back until the part comes in. I am about to have a newborn child in less than 2-3 weeks and don't know what car I will take her home in. If it snows during her birth the 4x4 system will not work and the car can lock up and be a danger to her and my family. read more
