After a week, I took pics and video of extensive damage and paid out of pocket bc I was walking with a walker and got door dash thru the window. State Farm said bc they didn't inspect and they had 30 days to do so, they refused to cover and this is after failing to cover an accident where we both had State Farm. They're in a class action lawsuit for failing to pay claims that should have been paid. They reject about 80%. Try Allstate.

Community Credit Union definitely does not care about its members. I recently moved to New York to…read moreaccept a job, but wanted to keep my hometown credit union because of shared branching. I spent over an hour on the phone today trying to coordinate the release of a check hold with them (which to be honest is very easy), but still could not get the person in charge to even acknowledge my situation. Mind that this is my first paycheck in over 5 months because I was unemployed, and I even had the NYC credit union fax them a copy of the check. I have been a member of this credit union for over 8 years, and the first time I ever needed something important from them, I was treated as though I didn't even exist. As someone who works in media and social relations, this is absolutely shameful. I will be moving my money from this institution immediately. The customer service here is terrible, and half the tellers are unaware of what is going on around them. They have very sad, somber looks every time I have been in there. I would recommend a different financial institution.
