I got a letter maybe a couple a letters saying that I was approved for a certain amount, I brought in my bank statement, drivers license, social security card, check stub, did paper work and they gave me exactly what they said I was approved for. Customer service was great! Anytime you borrow money, pay it back just as quick as you signed up to get there money. I will recommend this company to anyone, do your part that you signed up for, and you won't hear from them, simple. Now they have automatic draft so it comes straight out of your account, this is so awesome because you save time not having to drive there to make the payments in person. When moving to Anderson from Florida we needed to transfer our State Farm Life policies as well as obtain quotes for auto and renters insurance. Agent Ryan (now doing missionary work with his wife) was very professional in navigating us throughout this process. I originally went in to get a coverage removed off my policy and to have my auto draft date…read morechanged, the agent I met with told me to not pay my bill until later in the month after she cancelled my auto draft and we would set it up at the correct date. I then called later in the month on the day she requested I called to make a payment and set up auto draft and she informed me because I didn't call the week before that my policy had been cancelled. ALL BECAUSE I DID WAS I TOLD TO DO IN THE EMAIL SHE SENT ME! Furthermore she got an attitude when I started asking how it was going to be fixed and essentially said it's not her fault and that I would just have to deal with it. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I now have to get new insurance and pay more because I had a lapse in coverage because I followed their instructions.
