I did it again, nothing. Many times I have called and went through the steps to fix this communication error on their part. Nothing has changed with my phone service, key pad, etc. After several technical support attempts, I was told to schedule a service call at my expense?! They said if they waive the service call fee for me then they would have to waive it for everyone. Having a deployed spouse with children and their only concern was for me to pay for a service call when it was some kind of system error?! I guess since I'm in a 3 YEAR CONTRACT that I wasn't aware of, they don't care if I'm monitored or not! By the way, this company's non apologetic customer service is the lowest of the low. While Rachel couldn't help me with their services (too far away) she was awesome in that she hunted and looked and ended up giving me several options that were closer who could maybe help us out. Priceless...about…read more$88...will return to using duct tape on all knobs that can allow me to lock myself out...even when another lock on clients door has coded entry...Friendly, fast, takes cards, provides receipt...what more could you ask? Pop A Lock needs to set their Yelp to pull up under Ft.Smith area...Greenwood etc.
