We just returned from our second European trip that was booked by Cindy. She listened to our desires for transportation, lodging and sightseeing, and returned with several options for us to select from. The hotels she recommended (7 of them!) were all clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. She suggested ways that we could save money and provided us with discount codes, too. Cindy went "over and above" when we couldn't locate our tour guide for the Eiffel Tower. I contacted her by text and she immediately went to work to identify and provide me with the guide's mobile number and also, provide the guide with my number. Long story short...we connected with the guide and were able to enjoy all the benefits of a guided tour over general admission. Cindy planned a trip for my daughter, husband, granddaughter, and 2 friends. The 5 people who went on this trip to Italy made the most of their time in this wonderful country and enjoyed it. Cindy did not fulfill my request to put them in excellent hotels in good neighborhoods for each part of the trip. Although I did not go to Italy, the problems Cindy created because of her inattention to my requests were expensive to solve. The group enjoyed Italy despite Cindy. It was only because my daughter was proactive and worked around her incompetence that the trip was successful. I would not recommend Cindy. read more

A few weeks ago my friend and I took a trip to Europe. It was a challenging trip to plan so we enlisted the help of Cindy. She did a wonderful job and we could not have done it without her. The day that we left we found out that our connecting flight from London to Berlin was cancelled because the Berlin airport went on strike. What would have been a stressful situation was quickly resolved thanks to Cindy. She was able to book us a hotel in London for the night and reschedule our connecting flight for the following morning.
