I came for a pizza party, but this was just a night marketed by a pro-animal right group. I can not blame the restaurant for this marketing campaign. The menus are placed next to the door as well as a container of water and cups. I really like the simple service of water at the entrance. The counter ordering was quick and efficient. There is a small box next to the cash register for cash tips or you can tip on the machine for credit cards. Because of how the event was marketed- I was only allowed to order pizza for this night. I ordered a Mediterranean pizza plus a Hibiscus Mint Tea. The restaurant is small, but cute. Seating was outside and inside. But to-go orders seems to be very popular. Different groups ordered different pizza, but they all seemed pleased with what they ordered. I wish the "pizza party" was a buffet style so I could try more variety. The Hibiscus Mint Tea was good with a very light mint undertone. I definitely had to advantage of free refill on teas. The Mediterranean pizza was very good- especially for not having cheese. The "cheese was replaced by a cashew cream. The vegetables were fresh especially the arugula sprinkled on the pizza after the cook. Overall- the pizza was great. While I am not happy how the event was advertised- I was impressed by the restaurant and pizza. The depressing part was the price.

A must stop for VEGANS ! A 100% plant based menu that isn't full of processed foods. If you don't live here , Grab a plane ticket now! The food experiences in St. Louis are amazingggggggg. The baked donuts were delicious - chocolate was my fav. I had the taco salad - DELICIOUS Hubby had the spicy chicken sando was a different take but extremely tasty! Fresh greens juice hit the spot . Did I mention service , location and staff were also perfect !?

Sunday brunch well attended at this vegan specialty spot. Order at the counter which gets a bit crowded with the counter facing the entrance and customers trying to get in the door and in line for ordering. Outside seating if weather cooperating which it wasn't..... hot, muggy that day. Nice vegan dishes with gluten free offerings as well. Large portions of hearty dishes. Orders came out fast. Parking a bit of a problem but just have to be ready for a walk .

Seedz has been a long time favorite hangout spot because of its location and welcoming vibe. They have new owners, a new layout inside, and a fantastic new Summer menu in 2025! They still have favorites like the Tempeh reuben and Avo toast. They had a special that day featuring a plant based protein called Skrimp, in a gyro - it was super realistic, and delicious! Service is efficient and kind as usual. Seedz will remain a favorite, for sure!

I'm not from St Louis, but anytime I visit my in laws we always stop at Seedz cafe, as it's a great plant based restaurant. The offer dishes for both breakfast and lunch, and they have a good variety of offering, as well as rotating specials. This last time I visited I had a tofu Bahn Mi sandwich and my husband had the spicy chicken sandwich. I thought the Bahn Mi was pretty tasty, and my husband liked his sandwich as well although it was a little messy with the sauce. In the past I think I've had some of their breakfast items and enjoyed their tofu scrambled eggs. They also have a variety of vegan pastries available that always look very appetizing. We tried a couple of their vegan donuts last time, match/mango and raspberry/chocolate. The inside isn't the biggest but they do have a few tables and can seat 1 or two larger groups. It does get a little cramped when it's busy. They also offer smoothies, teas and juices which are very good. This is definitely a place where you can eat more on the healthy side.

The staff member that took our order was very friendly, the vegan dishes tasted fresh & satisfying, and the seating was clean & comfortable! The café decor and food both looked fabulous.

Seedz Cafe is such a charming little spot! The interior is super cute, cozy and welcoming, with the added bonus of outdoor seating if you want to get some Vitamin D. Parking is not hard to find, it is street parking but wasn't too busy when I went for lunch. I ordered the Reuben sandwich with portobello mushroom, and it was delicious. The flavors were amazing, and the mushroom had a great texture. My meal was satisfying without being too heavy. It came with three potato wedges on the side, which felt a little sparse at first, but they were well-seasoned, and actually really filling. Definitely a great spot for a casual lunch or a laid-back weekend brunch. I'll be back to try more from the menu!

I love love love seedz cafe, I'm not 100% plant based but I love coming here!!! You wouldn't know this was all plant based, the salad and pizza had sooo much flavor and amazing textures! I can't wait to come back and try more

Met some friends for brunch on Sunday. Was able to get the large table that seats six. I ordered the Eggs Benefits (Benedict) and my husband ordered the Cali Bowl. Food was good taste and texture. However, my dish was very dry and needed more sauce or something. Neither of us was a fan of the tofu eggs. Breakfast potatoes were yummy! Fast service. Still one of my favorite vegan restaurants in St Louis.

It's been many months since I've been to Seedz Cafe..and I still think about it! My first time to St. Louis, first time to Missouri. I like to be able to visit at least one all vegan restaurant wherever I travel. My non vegan friend was open to going. I ordered the Reuben sandwich, and it was so good! My friend ordered a tofu curry and rice dish. He enjoyed the tofu and rice, the curry not so much. I took the curry home for a snack later. I had bought some microwavable rice. Later while he was visiting his family, I heated up the leftover curry with store bought rice. The curry was so good! Not sure if I will ever be back to St. Louis, but if I find myself there, you can be sure I will be returning to Seedz Cafe!

This place is an oasis in a world of unhealthy mass produced food. I've lost track of the number of delicious meals I've enjoyed here. I've yet to be disappointed. Even with the recent ownership change they are still keeping it real. The butternut squash pizza was Devine. The hummus plate was so fresh. I can't imagine anything on their menu disappointing. Great service and cozy atmosphere.

It's hard to find vegetarian breakfast in STL that's not super basic so I was excited to try Seedz. It's a small place with a row of tables but even so, my partner and I were able to find a table quickly. I would NOT recommend for a group of people - 2-4 max. Cute place nonetheless and staff was quite welcoming. It's an order at the counter situation, get a number and food is brought to you table. Food came out in the perfect amount of time. I got the "eggs benefit" which was yummy, it used tempeh bacon. I was a little sad that the tempeh did not seem house-made, I'm sure it was Lightlife brand. The biscuit was good though a little dry. I tried my partner's gravy that came with his dish and it was very good. I was not really into the potatoes because they were a little plain and not crispy. We got french toast for dessert and that was very good. It was actually a lot of food, we ordered more than we usually do thinking it would not be filling but it was PLENTY! Good portion sizes. All the food was beautifully plated and made for some great food pics. It's also neat that they have a provisions shop/cafe next door though again I was wishing there were more house-made items there. I'd go back if I had a vegan to take out to breakfast!

I'm in STL. Everyone's talking about Seedz Cafe! Is it THAT GOOD??? Soon to find out!

It was the only vegan place I went to since most are in the burbs & not able to get to via public transit. I thought it was great.

I noticed they had more than smoothies, and my eyes immediately went to the juice case. They have quite the selection of pressed juices, shots, protein balls, and other things. After scanning the menu, I got the peanut butter and banana toast, nirvana pressed juice, and birthday cake protein balls. She asked if I was a member of Orange Theory and I said, "no." They have a special partnership with them that I think includes a certain percentage off, so maybe I should become a member! I drank the juice first and tried one of the protein balls while I was waiting on my toast. The juice was refreshing and on the sweeter side, which is what I wanted. The protein ball was good, but the after taste was a little odd. Perhaps it was the flavor? It was recommended by person working. Although I'm not writing it off entirely, I may have better luck with the other flavors (cookie dough, peanut butter, snickerdoodle, and red velvet). It didn't take long before my toast was ready and I was on my way. I managed to sneak a few bites in before I made it home and they more than exceeded my expectations. For the record, any place that uses Union Loafers bread can do no wrong in my book. The toast was quite savory and I def enjoyed it more with each bite. Fyi, they lay the pb on pretty thick, so make sure you chew thoroughly! All in all, a solid protein packed meal all around. I hate that I got full after one piece, so let's hope I can finish the other piece later!

After you deal with the parking, which can be a bit inconvenient as it's in a crowded intersection and parking lot - though I noticed neon banana has a few dedicated parking spots for 5 minute parking which helps! - you find the cute little locally-owned shop amongst the strip mall. What I first noticed & loved was the vibe and concept of the shop! The literal bananas around are fun & def has a mildly-funky-but-still-upscale vibe. I knew to expect juices and smoothies but was pleasantly surprised to find a few other food items like bread, broth, protein balls, overnight oats, and more. I tend to be basic with my tastes so I was hesitant to try some of their smoothies with elaborate ingredients. I chatted with the friendly cashier/smoothie extraordinaire & I said I was leaning towards the regular strawberry but wanted to try something a little out of my comfort zone, but not too far out. She recommended the neon banana (COCONUT WATER, ORANGE JUICE, BANANA, PINEAPPLE, MANGO, BLUE MAJIK (BLUE SPIRULINA/COCONUT WATER). I'm so glad I tried - it's delicious! They're also willing to customize. When I mentioned I don't love coconut, she said she could take out the coconut water. The blue spirulina wasn't my fave but the flavor & the rest of the smoothie was amaze, would def get again. The cons: It is pricey, this particular 16oz smoothie being $10.95. Also, the hours are somewhat limited, closing most days at 4:30. However - I don't know of too many locally owned smoothie cafes so I think the juice is worth the squeeze on this one ;) I could see myself coming back for a late morning or early afternoon snack, for sure getting the neon banana again or trying some of the other flavors. I'd probably avoid busy times of day like lunch or commute times. It would probably be a once in awhile splurge place, but would love to make it back again!
