I just spent an hour and a half in the lobby walking someone back home (the US) through what i needed done on the internet...utterly frustrated. Also, it is not a good place to stay for tourists, very much out of the way. Not a bad experience if you don't have anything important to do, but if you need internet and convenience I'd recommend staying somewhere else.

Bad: the "spa" - no pool/jaquzzi, it took about 30 min for the employee to get the steamroom ready, we weren't notified that you're not supposed to wear bathingsuits - got us a surprise there, we weren't able to use the spa 2 out of 3 days during out stay. 2nd day there were no employees, 3rd day there was a private party; we weren't notified about this and the only thing she did was to say sorry. We've paid, and used it once! The bathrooms are not share-friendly. You can see and hear everything! The aircondition is not good! We booked 2 rooms 5 months ago and our rooms are not only separated, but on 2 different floors.
