Their front end clerks could use a lesson in customer service, however. First, I dropped by 9am one Thursday morning to pick up my glasses and no one was there. A complete waste of time spent driving across town. The shop hours on google indicate they are open 9am-5pm? Opening late is not professional. Second, I finally found time to go back and pick up the glasses. The clerk brought them out and asked if I wanted to try them on. Obviously, they are new and they may need adjustments. Then I asked if they had any cleaner because they were dirty. She referred me to the cleaning cloth in the accompanying case. I said, usually when you buy new glasses the shop cleans them for you. She replied "we did clean them". Obviously you did not, because I would not have asked had they been clean. There are tons of glasses shops in Windsor. Choose wisely!

I discovered not only had I been given glasses for nearsightedness when I'm farsighted but I've been wearing glasses and contacts that were way too strong and I didn't even need for the last 18 years! My former optometrist's office would pressure me into regular eye exams stating that I had impending eye disease and Dr. Guthrie assured me this was not the case. I went here three times in less than two weeks for replacement lenses and eye exams, the latest of my visit was today. This location seems to be always busy, but everyone here try their best to accommodate each and every client that comes in. Dr. Siblani is good at what he does -- very knowledgeable, caring and reassuring. He also seems like a cool person. I am pleased that he did my prescription today, and I am very satisfied in his service. Paul has been in the profession for decades, and I've learnt a lot of things from him today (I have been wearing eye glasses for 20+ years, and it is only now that I have been aware of what I wear and what they are for!). Angela went above and beyond to discuss with me my options, and is also overall a pleasant person to deal with. Both Paul and Angela were excellent in explaining to me what I need to make a better quality of life. Everyone else, including but not limited to Tammy, Nisa, are welcoming and accommodating.
