During the initial visit they came out to take measurements. I let the employee know that I specifically wanted the mid rail of my shutters to line up with the mid rail of my windows (they are the type that slide up to open) so he took extra care to make sure everything matched up. A few weeks later they returned to install the shutters. I've had them for about a year now. I recently called them for a warranty repair (a couple of the frames were rubbing together, likely due to settlement) and they came out within a week and fixed them free of charge. Overall just a very solid experience. They're a responsive, no hassle company and their products are well priced and good quality.

We decided to have them put up an outdoor fan with a light in it so that we could enjoy the patio in the evening as well as when the weather is hot. We also chose to have a screen put us to help the heat as well as the direct sun in the afternoon. The job was so professional and we just love how easy it was to work with them. Also for a much lower price, we were able to not only do the cover, we had them install the fan, put up a skylight as well as the sun shade. Absolutely go with their company!
