We have had lease houses in College Station rented to students at Texas A&M who, though outstanding young people, never learned to clean for themselves. So we have experience with make-readies when the leases turn, probably several hundred. Now we have moved our operations to the Somerville area. This was our first experience. I am going to pay you notwithstanding that the job you did was deplorable; by far the worst that I could imagine. And the fact that you, by your explanation in your email, tried to establish the value of your work as meeting our expectations, merely signifies that you have no idea how to clean. It is a sad commentary that you think your job was worthy of full payment. It was horrible. But I'm going to pay you anyway and suggest that you use the money to train for another line of work.
