Winter or summer, wind or snow, it's always a pleasure to unwind, get away from the town and be in contact with the nature. When the time comes to replace the rubber tips of your trekking poles, your best bet is Kaktus outdoor. Best place in town to find everything related to mountain sports: hiking boots, backpacks, functional clothing, skis, snow-shoes, rock climbing equipment and so on. Expect very knowledgeable and friendly staff and swiss standard prices.

Parents can also drop off kids 4yr+ in the afternoon for a couple of hours to "help out" on the farm. Great for busy parents who need to run a few errands during the day. The elaborate climbing structure is also ideal for kids of all ages. Of course there are also the standard features such as swings, toddler swings, bucket swings, and a sandpit. The onsite cafe is very children/stroller friendly with a "play room" in the back. Moms can get some grub and relax together while the children play in their own semi-enclosed area. The big fountain is very nice in the summertime. Adults can jog by the side of the park along the river. Really a gem in Kreis 10.

Big kitchen for selfcatering, free WiFi, nice lobby and diningroom with a fireplace. The best thing was the panorama sauna after freezing in the mountains. Beware, the lodge is not reachable with car. You must hike the last 200 meters by foot, bike or ski. Good value for your money and worth to visit again.

Our 13 year old son got his finger caught in the brake, which stopped him completely on the line, his full body weight crushing his finger in the pulley. His finger was broken and sliced wide open, resulting in a visit to the emergency room and the hand specialist for surgery. There are plenty of safer, better zipline rigs out there. This company should update its equipment.
