Cat sitting for an American ex pat in Soro, Denmark led us to find this bakery in the town center. Quality lattes and baked goods always available. There's even homemade gelato on site. Nice place to sit inside or out and enjoy coffee and pastry. We went several times during our 3 weeks abroad. They also participate in the TooGoodToGo app (reducing food waste) and I purchased a surprise bag ($5 equivalent). It was an obscenely generous shopping bag filled with whole loaves of bread, pastries (sweet & savory) that we had to share with a neighbor. Truly something a large family could appreciate and a lovely treat to be sure! read more
