On Saturday, Carlos came out to look at some issues we've been having with our roof. Before he arrived, we had 2 other quotes. Both times, the estimators showed up, got on the roof, and 10 minutes later they gave us an estimate of what it would cost. It seemed like they didn't care about really understanding what was happening with our roof or how it could be resolved in the best way possible. But Carlos was a whole different story. He spent SO much time checking the roof, our tiny, cramped, hot attic, the interior of our home and the surrounding area. He even took a look at our garage roof and was extremely thorough.
