We worked with Dark Horse Co-Founder and Designer Christine Rusin, aka "Chris" who was super responsive on email. Within a week of paying the retainer and researching our brand, Chris provided us three designs - all excellent and with a sharp design edge that stands above "do it yourself" online design services. After selecting our favorite - no easy task - and incorporating a concept from one of the other two designs, the shirts were prepared for production and arrived on our doorstep about a week later. Even though Dark Horse works with larger companies/brands, their pricing is accessible to small business owners.
