The PT was to regain my balance. Alicia was again in charge of my PT, but I also worked a lot with Shawn and a couple sessions with Diane. They were all amazing. Very professional and got me to where my balance was much, much better than pre-injury. I learned of many exercises to do to maintain balance, which is important for me as I am 72. I do these exercises regularly. I was also introduced to a great piece of exercise equipment called a tidal tank. I have bought one and use it often.
