I first chose to see her because I had heard great things, and everything I'd heard turned out to be true. She listens carefully, explains everything clearly, and never makes me feel rushed. As soon as I brought up some concerns I was having, she immediately ordered the appropriate tests and made sure I felt supported every step of the way. She has such a kind, patient, and thorough approach. She takes her time, treats me as an individual, and always makes me feel safe, respected, and heard. She's also very punctual and professional, which I really appreciate. Even though it had been a long time since I'd seen a doctor, she never made me feel judged just reassured and comfortable. I like that it's a small office with a small staff. You don't feel like just another patient here. Cindy Cosgray is one the the best primary care I've seen. When she's in the room with you, you never feel an urgency that she needs to get done and move on like with many doctors. It's not a cattle call here. She truly takes her time, answering any and every question you may have, and she asks thoughtful questions of her own. I feel like too many doctors now don't take the time to listen and ask questions, but that's not the case here. They are 100% committed to each patient's individual's health histories and care. I fully trust Cindy Cosgray.
