Clay was my PT, and I was impressed from the beginning. My first visit started with testing and an evaluation. From there I was given exercises for there and at home. I was supervised through all my exercises, and my progress was noticeable. I felt improvement in what I was working on throughout my time there. Scheduling was easy and accommodating. The staff was warm and supportive. While there I heard other PTs expressing care and compassion with their clients. Near the end of my time there, as I waited for my session to begin, another therapist greeted her client. The client said her doctor was pleased with her progress and physical therapy could be discontinued. She said to her therapist, that she was going to miss her time there. Knowing my PT was nearing an end, I felt the same way. I'm grateful for my time at Prompt and the care I received. If I need physical therapy again, I want it to be at Prompt.

They sent more than 10 mailings saying I owed money. After more than 20 phone calls with them and my ins co (3 way call), I proved I didn't owe money, but that they owed me $2.91. I also filed a complaint with the TN Atty General's Office for Consumer Affairs. So if you use this place, keep your records and receipts. They are relentless.

Two years ago, I developed hemifacial spasms. The twitching was so debilitating, I was unable to read for more than a few minutes before the spasming was out of control. I was miserable and didn't know what else to do. My doctor ordered an MRI which resulted in a referral to a neurologist and a neurosurgeon who discussed brain surgery -- it was that serious. I opted instead to take medication to try to control the spasms and was subjected to some pretty strong drugs. Some of these drugs resulted in night terrors, tremors and disorientation. None of these drugs were able to completely control the spasming. I was also injected with Botox which did nothing except to droop my face so it looked like I had a stroke. They failed to provide Medicare with paperwork saying that I needed additional PT. Therefore, Medicare denied their request to provide me with additional services. CORA, in turn, billed me directly for $2,000.00. According to Medicare, CORA should never have billed me. CORA is the one who failed to comply with regulations. I paid them $500 already so they wouldn't sue me until this issue got settled. Medicare called them last week and told them they were not to bill me. CORA thinks they are above the law. They are now threatening to sue me. CORA also lied to my attorney saying my injuries were not severe even though my orthopedist proved my injuries are permanent. This caused me to lose a lawsuit against the people who dragged me through a parking lot with their vehicle. These clinics need to be shut down.
