just do the job you were hired to do. for over 8 months they were suppose to repo a car i stupidly got with my ex fiance who had no license and no job. meanwhile we go through a horrible break up and he is legally allowed to remove the plate so i couldn't get to my job which supported us for all those years. now it has been 386 without a single payment....... do what the f you were hired to do. i called and left messages after message about the car location times and dates and he still has it. the worst company ever. i just want this to be the last thing connecting me to this horrible person......... you call yourself a repo company and you cant even do the simplest task when given all he info for you...... pathetic read more

An absolutely terrible experience is an understatement to say the least. Of course everyone knows a car repossession is no fault but your own. But these people are heartless and rude. They have zero compassion for the times we are in with covid and make an already tough experience even worse!!! FIRST I spoke with Melissa multiple times while trying to coordinate the release of my vehicle and she would "sigh" when answering the phone and act bothered that she was DOING HER JOB. Mind you I am nothing but pleasant, I work with people every day my self. She lied to me telling me the correct papers were not sent and then when contacting PAR they called her and confirm she in fact did receive them all along. Giving people the run around the delay the process. THEN, the worst part is that when my father came to pick up the vehicle he was unfortunately doing it alone for me because I was at home sick with covid with my daughter. He paid in full and told them he needed to take the vehicle up the street to his job (5mins away) and then he would be right back for his truck. When he left he was called by a man YELLING at him that if he didn't come back and get his own vehicle he would tow it inside and charge him $150 to get it out!!!! He was not even gone long at all and relayed his plan to the front desk!!!! Then the man told him that he was lying and had it all on camera?!?!? I'm just saying if you can stay FAR away from this place. I have never known a business to treat people with straight disrespect and the audacity to tow a vehicle when we are already going through the difficulty of picking up one and paying the money!!! You all are disgusting and I truly hope karma gets you 100 times fold!!! Anyone who can't treat another human with common respect doesn't deserve to run a business!!!! read more
