This company is a scam. I got the service about 10 years ago. Every time I moved they added 3 years to my contract! When I moved for the last time I told them I needed an expiration date which they did give me, so I waited patiently for that to come up. Still paying my bill when I wasn't even using their service. Date came up and I thought it was over. Then in March they sent me an invoice, when I called they said they need a cancellation request in writing which I sent.! Then I got another invoice. Apparently the contract automatically renewed since I didn't send the request before the cancellation date! Another 5 years! This is unacceptable I don't even use the service or equipment for over 5!years. It's been paid for and then some. Now they sent another invoice for over 2600. I'm not paying that. They can take me to court. That is so unfair. read more
