All week, Eric advised me that he would attend the next day, or day after, but never showed up. Despite knowing that all my furniture was piled up in my living room to facilitate the work (new floor installation), it wasn't until almost a week later that he sent workers on his behalf, who could not install the floor, as they lacked the proper tools to do so. I'm finally cutting my losses and going with someone else. I hope this review helps someone avoid what has been the worst experience I've ever had with a contractor.
