Brian was fair with pricing and even shared gallery receipts for some art pieces at the point of sale, which we appreciated. The whole team made the buying process comfortable--no pressure and very well organized. A special thank you to Marissa, who helped tag all our items and made sure everything was ready for pickup when our moving truck arrived (on two separate days!). She even helped protect and pack items to prevent damage. Overall, Brian and his team were wonderful to work with. They were professional, patient and knowledgeable. After interviewing 3 companies I felt The Estate Edit was the right choice to handle the unique and diverse items we were going to need help with selling. My sister lived in her house for over 50 years and had a large collection of Native America art and jewelry. She also was a very skilled artist and built many things in her wood shop. Emily Elkins the owner came out to go over the complete items we needed to sell. The house was filled with many display cabinets, shelves and art through my sister's home. Her separate wood shop was filled with hand tools, power tools and all types of hard wood pieces that she had used in her years of building cabinets and tables, etc for her friends and customers. She did a great organizing the sale that went over two weekends. She contacted experts to review my sister's Native American collection to help determine the fair value.
