Tim puts on financial work shops at our local library in Old Town Pocatello, where he explains the options about when/why and at what age to start drawing your Social Security. Tim is VERY knowledgeable and experienced in his trade, he is also passionate about helping people work with what they have, (or in our case, what we didn't have), to work towards our best possible retirement income solution/situation. I have never been more deceived and will never recommend this company to ANYONE!!! I was hit by…read moreone of THEIR insured and got my drivers side mirror almost taken off. I was told to get an estimate which I did and told to send it in and they would get working on it. And a check would be issued to me. I got an estimate at Dennis Dillon here in Boise because I wanted to make sure it had a manufactured warranty on the part that would be replaced. The Claim i sent in states that this is a new mirror and part number and over TEXT Sherri Condie out of Pocatello from Farm Bureau text that she would get right on it. I received the check in the mail today which shorted me 28.69. So I called and tried speaking with Sherri about the difference and she informed me that she had paid me what THEIR adjusters had agreed upon and that they had called Dennis Dillon and agreed to do it for a cheaper price than what was on the estimate and lets not forget the parts would be USED! No ONE ever told me that this was standard procedure after sending in my own estimate. (and what about the warranty) As told by Sherri Condies Supervisor John Reed that they would not cover the difference. No one even wanted to reconcile this with me. I was just driving and got hit. I'm so disgusted by the way I was treated telling me I couldn't talk to anyone else and I would never receive another Dime. At this point its not about the money but the mere principle of not communicating with me up front and being honest about apparently STANDARD procedures. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!
