Well friends, Letz Move deserves the honour!…read more After a lot of pain and heartache caused by Winkworths (aka WANK-worths), I was beyond thrilled to find such a dream agent. My agent at Letz Move was honest and reliable from the start and has continued to be throughout the entire rental process. Basically, here's what makes them top-dog in my book: -Honesty. When I asked my agent if he thought I could talk the rent down a bit, he told me it wouldn't hurt to try. Most agents seem to insist there's no way the landlord will bring down the rent. Thanks to his advice, I knocked off a few pounds! -Simplicity. Almost everything is done online, making the process far less painless. I was able to fill out all my reference and application forms online AND even sign the contract online as well! -Thorough! When I went to collect the keys, my agent met me at the flat and did a thorough check-in with me. We walked around inspecting every inch of the place, making sure it was all up to snuff. And nicks or dings were market down and then put up on the website, which was accessible to me with the login information they'd provided. I was then given five days to dispute or add anything on. -Helpful. Everything was perfect upon move-in, but a couple of days later we had some trouble with our oven. I emailed my agent and quickly received a response from another member of staff informing that my agent was on holiday but that they would be happy to help me out. And they did. Problem solved in less than 24 hours. Most importantly, my agent from Letz Move was kind and approachable. I actually never felt like he was stretching the truth or trying to sell me on something that I didn't want or couldn't afford. The only downside to this agency is that they're not very big and don't have tons of listings, but otherwise I cannot recommend them more!

Letz move made my life hell for 6 months! They wouldn't repair anything in the flat, despite the…read morebroken heating and windows making it freezing cold for the entire winter that I lived there and the garden being ridiculously overgrown. The flat was disgusting and dirty when I moved in, but I was desperate to move quickly so I took it regardless. I spent the first few weeks cleaning as the cooker was covered in hardened gunk, the cupboards were broken and the bathroom had so much mildew that I actually showered at the gym until this was all removed. The maintenance woman rarely returned my calls and took 5 months to get the work done, but strangely they were quick to contact me when the rent was a day late. They then tried to take half my deposit when I left, claiming that they needed it for cleaning fees which made me laugh as it was cleaner when I left than when I first moved in. Fortunately my deposit was covered by the deposit protection scheme, and 6 months later I have gotten this all back, after months of bitter disputes with letz move who even went so far as to make up far-fetched stories with no photographic evidence (which I did have). This agency have actually put me off renting, but I am fortunate to have found a lettings agency who are honest, quick to deal with problems and have a good reputation both online and from friends and colleagues.

They are NOT!!! From the moment the branch manager Tony came round he put me at ease and assured me they would work hard and do their best to get me a good price. They email all appointments and then the day after the viewings you receive another email with HONEST feedback. Tony sold my house within 2 days and achieved over asking price, I moved a couple of weeks ago and things were really smooth proving if you choose an estate agent that knows the market and the area (Tony has lived in the area all his life) things do not have to be difficult. I stayed in a 1 bedroom suite fully furnished with sofa, tv, dining table, desk and chair. The bedroom is in a seperate room which is good. It's great to have the space and full kitchen for when you want to stay in. He kitchen has a small microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, stove and small refrigerator. It is fully stocked with all the dishwater, bakeware and utensils required. The furniture is not very modern, sofa a bit worn out but will do. Feels very home- like. The internet sometimes is a bit slow during peak hours. Housekeeping comes in once a week to refresh the linens and towels as well as do the dishes, mop the floors and take out the trash. Sometimes I would hear the Neighbors but all in all the tenants here usually are business workers who are only here at night. The neighbourhood is great, walking distance to pubs, restauarants, grocery markets, and subway stations. The closest stations are Queensway and Bayswater. Nearby has many hotels too so lots of tourist can be found as well.

We found a buyer within 2 months . We did not have any wasted viewings as we manage to do most by telephone calls and photos. By the time the buyer came to our house they were almost ready to buy. I have looked at many places that offer a fully managed service with telephone answering, reception and meeting room availability and a lot of what I have seen has been very formal and cold. I visited Lots road on a recommendation and found it to be a lovely location with very friendly tenants and everything I was looking for. They provide everythin you need to move in, plug in and start trading. If you are in the same boat and are looking for serviced office space in South West London then you really should take a look Lots Road. If nothing else it will give you a benchmark of what is out there. I will not be moving in just yet but as soon as I can, I will be there.

Student accommodation for King's College London Students…read more This place is ok. The price is very reasonable for its location, central London. Each room comes with it's own bathroom, though the bathrooms are the type you would find in an RV or caravan, very small and compact. While the kitchen lacks a large refrigerator, each room comes with a small one (but without a freezer compartment). The worst part about this place is that living here will cause injury to your body. As the rooms are so tiny, you will find yourself crashing into different parts of the room to get access to anything else. Also, you only get 4 power outlets, so best bring a power strip. Finally, ventilation in the rooms are almost nonexistent. Doors are forced shut by "fire safety" and windows can only be cracked open. There are no vents or ducts, besides a little fan in the bathroom that is very noisy. Also, leaving the bathroom door open will block access to the closet or room lights. All in all, students should only pick this place for its location, not anything else.
