She is a patient with Dr. Linda Gossett for over a year and we are very happy with her as a Dr. Our problem is with her front office staff. We have twice had an appt canceled with no phone call or message sent of the cancellation. When this happened today we were told that it would be another month until we could get in to see her and she was treated with disdain when she wasn't happy about the change. Her appt was a preliminary step to having a heart surgery she had been waiting on for over six months. Of course she is upset at having to wait another month! Dr. Gossett deserves to have a staff that echoes her abilities. If you can't find one, I will whole heartedly step in for her and help run her office myself. I know how to treat the patients they are supposed to be helping. Thank you

Dr. Moskall was recommended to me by another businessperson in Boyne City who had a good experience there. (Something you can always count on in this town!) I was in Boyne while recovering from my double total knee replacement. As a long time consumer of "alternative" therapies, I knew that basic physical therapy would not be enough for me. If the body, and spine are out of alignment, everything else is affected, including pain levels and progress in therapy. Dr. Moskall was courteous, and took x-rays from numerous angles. He determined course of treatment based on information revealed by the x-rays. Significant time was spent explaining the details to me, even though I have been to chiropractors downstate, nothing was left out. Treatment began in specific trouble areas. The most important thing is how I felt after treatment, which was great! My hips were an issue, and getting them in line made my knees function better in PT and in general. Spending time (minimal due to short waits) with Dr. Moskall, is so pleasant! He is cheerful, fun, and knowledgeable. I feel great after being adjusted! I am going to miss him when I go downstate this fall and back to my work world, yet he was partially responsible for helping me make that happen! Go see him, feel better!
