The inspector for my building was floored by how much was done out of code. Brad takes shortcuts, isn't honest whatsoever, has no patience, manners or decency, and he preys on his clients. PLEASE BE WARNED. I've lost thousands and am a small business owner trying to get by after hiring the wrong "general contractor" who took 5 months just to have me go back and hire other contractors to fix everything. Four days went by without communication but received confirmation from Yelp confirming appointment. On the day of the appointment, they still wouldn't confirm if they were coming or not. Two hours past the appointment time, they sent a cancellation text. Not even professional enough to make a phone call. Absolutely pathetic customer service and I would avoid using them at all costs.
