Made an online order for our son's birthday present. After almost 3 weeks without an update, I sent message through email and on facebook to try and find answers. It was not until I publicly complained on their facebook page that anyone replied.
They told me that they had flagged my purchase as fraudulent and that they were going to cancel my order. They offered no explanation as to why it took 3 weeks to notify me of this, especially since my card was charged on the day I placed the order.
Now I'm left with one day to find a replacement gift for a very disappointed toddler. read more
