From calling to inquire about an appointment vs walking in, I was treated professionally and all my questions were satisfactorily answered. The shop is clean and all of the staff are professional & very knowledgeable. The receptionist (sorry I didn't get her name) was super sweet & friendly. Ken pierced my nephew's ear. He was very quick but made also sure to give tips on after-care. Should my nephew decide to do anything else, I would definitely go back and would recommend this shop to anyone else. I'm not sure if roses are his thing or not, but he did a spectacular job. It still looks phenomenal and I even got complemented on it yesterday. Where a lady at the mall wanted to know where she could go to get the exact same tattoo. The vibe of the place is really chill and friendly and love doing their own artistic ability however, if you don't agree with what they've drawn up, they're super cool about doing a redraw to meet your satisfaction.
