Called them out for our AC not cooling. Took rescheduling a few times for them to make it out. They added 1lb of coolant and cleaned the coils and the indoor air filters. Charged a ridiculous amount for that service. That was 3 weeks ago. Called them back because our AC is again not cooling and they no call no showed. We found another company to come out today. They came out, our unit was 3lbs low on coolant and a blockage (in 3 weeks). When they went to wash the unit they took to top off and it was horrible. Not cleaned at all!. Should not be that bad after being "cleaned" 3 weeks prior. I would give 0 stars if possible. Don't waste your time or money! read more
