Simplified Medicare is a no call-no show.... Calls to the "brokers" numbers, yielded no communication.... Post-holiday is no excuse; my husband and I are working.... Unprofessional inter-office communication... We should have known, when our confirmations were not returned, the "business" was inept... Not merely our call(s), but the office should communicate, especially on a holiday weekend ... No respect, no professionalism, and one would assume Medicare Simplified would handle Medicare'd business, with the same sloppiness, reflected in the office management.....

I notified the office in June 2025 that I had sold the house. The office girls had not processed this request and my insurance was set to auto renew. I only found that out when I called the office to request the status of my refund on my annual premium. That was in July 2025 and here we sit December 2025 and I still don't have a reimbursement refund check. The excuse that I have gotten every single time is underwriting, it's an underwriting, underwriting has to approve it, underwriting, underwriting. I am so disappointed in this level of customer service that I would rather pay $150 more for car or homeowners insurance a month than ever deal with State Farm again, specifically this office.
